This is a reimbursement insurance, you are required to settle with the car rental
company any losses that occur during the rental period up to the excess shown in
the car rental agreement. On your return home you can submit a claim to be reimbursed
by the Insurer. In practice your car rental provider will take a deposit equivalent
to the car rental excess from your credit/debit card and use this to settle the
damage. Before you travel you must ensure you have sufficient credit available.
